Aftercare

The healing is half the tattoo

We give you a printed card on the day. Lost it? Here is the same, step by step. If anything looks wrong, send us a photo.

  1. 01First 3 hours

    Leave the wrap on

    The film we put on protects the fresh tattoo. Take it off after three hours (or the next morning if we used a second-skin film), with clean hands.

  2. 02Days 1 to 3

    Wash, dry, thin layer

    Wash twice a day with lukewarm water and an unscented soap. Pat dry with a paper towel, then a very thin layer of the balm we gave you. Thin is the important word.

  3. 03Days 4 to 14

    Let it flake

    It will peel and itch like a sunburn. Do not scratch or pick. Keep moisturising lightly, wear loose clothes over it and skip the pool, the sea and the sauna.

  4. 04Weeks 3 to 4

    Healed on top

    The surface is closed, the skin under it still settles. Keep it out of strong sun. If a line looks patchy now, it will often even out by week six.

  5. 05For life

    Sunscreen

    Black ink lasts, sun is what fades it. SPF 50 on the tattoo whenever it sees summer. Touch-ups within six months are free.

01How do I book?

Send the form with your idea, placement and size. The artist answers within a week with a quote and two dates.

02Is there a deposit?

Yes, 80 euros, taken off the final price. It holds your date and pays for the drawing time.

03Can I bring my own design?

Bring references, not a finished drawing. Every piece is drawn for your body by the artist who tattoos it.

04Do you take walk-ins?

On flash Fridays only, from the sheets on the wall. Everything else is by appointment.

05How much does a tattoo cost?

Small pieces start at 120 euros. Larger work is priced per session (from 650 euros for a full day). The quote comes before any date is set, so there are no surprises.

06Does it hurt?

Yes, a little. Ribs, feet and the spine more than the outer arm. You can take breaks whenever you need one.

07What should I do the day before?

Sleep well, eat a proper meal, no alcohol. Moisturise the area for a few days before, and do not tan it.

08What age do I need to be?

18, with a photo ID. No exceptions, also not with a parent present.

09Can I cancel or move my date?

Yes, with 72 hours notice the deposit moves to the new date. Later than that, the deposit is kept for the drawing time already done.

10Do you do cover-ups?

Oskar does. Send a clear photo of the old tattoo with your request and he will tell you what is possible.
